QuickBooks Online has two different interfaces, the Business View for companies, and the Accountant View for bookkeepers. Let’s toggle between both experiences so you can decide which layout and feature set are right for you.

Course Description

Business owners prefer a straightforward look at their bottom line, with graphs, charts, and summaries of their bank accounts, income, and expenses. Bookkeepers and accountants need to dig into the nitty-gritty details of every transaction and category.

Intuit’s goal with QuickBooks Online is to be all things to all people. They have created two separate interfaces, one for business owners and another for accounting professionals. The Business View and the Accountant View each call attention to specific features that would help both populations achieve their goals.

In this class, we’ll toggle between both experiences and explore the differences between them. We’ll explore the left navigation bar layouts, and compare the Banking Center.

Which one is right for you? Enroll now and we’ll figure that out together.
