QB Power Hour Gas Stations & C-Stores
Course
Michelle Long and Dan DeLong are joined by Alicia Katz Pollock, who literally wrote the book on mastering QuickBooks for Convenience Stores and Gas Stations. We talk through some of the unique situations that occur in this industry.
Course Description
When you’re running a gas station and convenience store, or other specialty retail, it’s complex to track fuel, food, and merchandise sales. When you throw ATMs, lottery tickets, tobacco incentives, and a deli into the mix, it’s even harder. And if your employees and local businesses run charge accounts, how do you track those?
As a bonus, if you don’t want to do it all yourself, we’ll look at a QuickBooks template system to leverage your Point of Sale reports and track your income and expenses. It includes a Chart of Accounts, Items List, Memorized Transactions, and Custom Reports, everything you need for day-to-day operations.
